Mohammad Matar is a 20 year old man, born
in Al Ain city. He graduated from Abu Dhabi Men’s College, Higher Colleges of
Technology in Abu Dhabi. He had a job with ADC Bank in human resources department; he left the job in search of a better offer, and seeking a
higher salary.
Mohammad Matar has answered almost all our
questions flawlessly with full and helpful answers. He had minor problems
answering hard questions that include his negative traits and negative aspects
of the company.
Mohammad Matar knows that he is going to
start as a normal employee, but he is seeking a high rank and wants to be the
general manager. And when he does so, he wants to become a manager with great
goals. His main goal is to give the best performance to the company, and achieving
what the company is trying to reach or hold.
We
will be in touch with Mohammad Matar within at least two weeks. Once he is
accepted for the job he is going to have a medical insurance, and a higher
salary than the ADC Bank that he used to work with. His salary will be increased within the time he is with us, and if he wants to be a manager that’s going to require
him a lot of experience in the company.
